AOD Electrical has been engaged by Brackenwood Garden Centre to carry out a full Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) across the site. The work covers a range of environments — including retail areas, offices, storage spaces, and outdoor display zones — ensuring the entire premises meet current electrical safety standards and compliance requirements.

Scope of Work

• Periodic inspection and testing of fixed wiring systems
• Identification, coding, and documentation of defects in accordance with BS 7671
• Comprehensive Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) across the site’s equipment inventory

Additional Considerations
Brackenwood’s site presents a mix of indoor and outdoor electrical systems, requiring careful coordination to maintain safety and minimise disruption to daily operations. AOD Electrical has scheduled testing in phases to accommodate trading hours and ensure customer areas remain fully operational throughout.
